Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Final sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Support team at support@gymvixen.com within 30 days to request a return authorization and return instructions.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Important Notice About Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly for any issues with their order.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed with your bank without contacting us first may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Chargebacks may also lead to loss of your purchasing privileges on our site.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund.
Exceptions & Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
