Welcome to the Vixen pack! We're just as excited as you are to get your order in your hands — fast, safe, and secure.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders placed during drops, launches, or holiday seasons may take a bit longer — but we promise it's worth the wait.

We offer domestic U.S. shipping only at this time:

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship it.

We ship with trusted carriers and always provide tracking, but once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

If your order shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
